Fast track: Analisis Kualitas Sistem, Kualitas Informasi dan Kualitas Layanan Terhadap Implementasi dan Kepuasan Pengguna Rekam Medis Elektronik
Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of system quality, information quality, and service quality on the use and user satisfaction of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) at the Mataram City Regional Public Hospital. The study population consisted of EMR system users, including doctors, nurses, midwives, therapists, pharmacists, and medical record officers, totaling 730 individuals. A total of 258 respondents were selected as the sample. The research instrument used was a closed-ended questionnaire with a Likert scale. Data were analyzed using path analysis with the AMOS 20 software. The results showed that: system quality had a positive and significant effect on EMR usage, with a C.R. value of 4.348 > 1.96; information quality had a positive and significant effect on EMR usage, C.R. = 2.835 > 1.96; service quality had a positive and significant effect on EMR usage, C.R. = 3.997 > 1.96; user satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on EMR usage, C.R. = 2.504 > 1.96; service quality had a positive and significant effect on user satisfaction, C.R. = 6.193 > 1.96; information quality had a positive and significant effect on user satisfaction, C.R. = 5.266 > 1.96; system quality had a positive and significant effect on user satisfaction, C.R. = 5.362 > 1.96;EMR usage had a positive and significant effect on the perceived net benefits, C.R. = 4.238 > 1.96; and user satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on the perceived net benefits, C.R. = 4.238 > 1.96.
