Kompensasi, Burnout Syndrome dan Stres Kerja sebagai Determinan Kualitas Layanan Kebidanan di Rumah Sakit
Abstract
Many factors affect the quality of health services by midwives in hospitals, including burnout syndrome, work stress and compensation. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct a study that aims to analyze the effect of burnout syndrome, work stress and compensation on the quality of health services by midwives in hospitals. The research design used in this study was cross-sectional. The subjects of this study were 102 midwives who worked at the Mokopido Regional General Hospital, Tolitoli Regency. which was determined by total sampling. The four variables were measured by filling out a questionnaire, which had been modified by the researcher based on several theories. Hypothesis testing was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis showed that the p value for each independent variable was burnout syndrome = 0.003, work stress = 0.010 and compensation = 0.000. Thus, it can be interpreted that the three variables affect the quality of health services. Referring to the order of significance values, it can be concluded that the determinants of the quality of health services by midwives at the Mokopido Regional General Hospital are compensation, burnout syndrome and work stress.

ABSTRAK
Banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi kualitas pelayanan kesehatan oleh bidan di rumah sakit, termasuk di dalamnya adalah burnout syndrome, stres kerja dan kompensasi. Oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan penelitian yang bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh burnout syndrome, stres kerja dan kompensasi terhadap kualitas pelayanan kesehatan oleh bidan di rumah sakit. Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam studi ini adalah cross-sectional. Subyek penelitian ini adalah 102 bidan yang bertugas ada di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Mokopido, Kabupaten Tolitoli. yang ditentukan secara total sampling. Keempat variabel diukur melalui pengisian kuesioner, yang telah dimodifikasi oleh peneliti berdasarkan beberapa teori. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa nilai p untuk masing-masing variabel bebas adalah burnout syndrome = 0,003, stres kerja = 0,010 dan kompensasi = 0,000. Dengan demikian dapat ditafsirkan bahwa ketiga variabel tersebut berpengaruh terhadap kualitas pelayanan kesehatan. Merujuk kepada urutan nilai signifikansi, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa determinan dari kualitas pelayanan kesehatan oleh bidan di Rumah Sakit Uumum Daerah Mokopido adalah kompensasi, burnout syndrome dan stess kerja.
