Status Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional Kelas Rawat Inap Standar Sebagai Penentu Kepuasan Pasien Terhadap Pelayanan pada Dimensi Tangible

Abstract


The inpatient class policy in the National Health Insurance service is a mandate of the law that must be implemented based on the principle of equity, so the class of service in the hospital must be given based on the standard class. This study aimed to determine the difference in satisfaction between National Health Insurance Standard Inpatient Class patients and patients in other categories. The design of this study was cross-sectional. The sample of this study was 206 patients at the Lumajang Islamic Hospital who were selected using the stratified random sampling technique. Data on satisfaction in both groups of patients were collected by filling out a questionnaire. Furthermore, the difference in satisfaction levels between the two groups was analyzed using the Mann Whitney U test. The results showed that the p value for each dimension of satisfaction was: tangible = 0.000, reliability = 0.233, assurance = 0.547, responsiveness = 0.435 and empathy = 0.269. Thus, in both groups of patients there was a difference in satisfaction only in the tangible dimension, and did not apply to other dimensions. Thus it can be concluded that the status of the national health insurance standard inpatient class is a determinant of patient satisfaction with services in the tangible dimension.

ABSTRAK

 

Kebijakan kelas rawat inap dalam pelayanan Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional merupakan amanat undang-undang yang harus diimplementasikan berdasarkan prinsip ekuitas, maka kelas pelayanan di rumah sakit harus diberikan berdasarkan kelas standar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan kepuasan antara pasien Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional Kelas Rawat Inap Standar dengan pasien dalam kategori lainnya. Rancangan penelitian ini adalah cross-sectional. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 206 pasien di Rumah Sakit  Islam Lumajang yang dipilih dengan teknik stratified random sampling. Data tentang kepuasan pada kedua kelompok pasien dikumpulkan melalui pengisian kuesioner. Selanjutnya perbedaan tingkat kepuasan di antara kedua kelompok dianalisis menggunakan uji Mann Whitney U. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai p untuk masing-masing dimensi kepuasan adalah: tangible = 0,000, reliability = 0,233, assurance = 0,547, responsiveness = 0,435 dan emphaty = 0,269. Dengan demikian pada kedua kelompok pasien ada perbedaan kepuasan hanya pada dimensi tangible, dan tak berlaku untuk dimensi lainnya. Dengan demikian bisa disimpulkan bahwa status jaminan kesehatan nasional kelas rawat inap standar merupakan penentu kepuasan pasien terhadap pelayanan pada dimensi tangible.
